For new customers, we have created this page to give some details about how we conduct assignments. 

• The process starts when you contact us. Please e-mail us by completing the Quotes form, supplying as many details as possible. We will reply with a quotation based on how many images and ancillary services you require, plus any traveling expenses we will need to incur.
• Once you have decided to accept the quotation please confirm this in writing, either by e-mailing us or filling in the Booking Form.
• We will contact you to confirm our availability, to get any further details we need and to set a date for the photo shoot.
• You then decide what sort of viewer template you would like, to reflect the style of your business. If you would like us to personalize it, you will need to provide us with logos, text and any other graphics you would like us to include in the viewer or e-brochure.
• We will also need to discuss any special requests or ancillary services you would like included in this assignment.
• We will need to know how you would like us to go about loading the panoramic images onto your website. Some clients administer the everyday operation of their websites themselves, whilst others choose to have their sites organized by a third party. We handle all aspects of this process ourselves in either case; we just need to know who to contact.
• On the web page where the images will sit it is common to have a still image of the property which is 'clicked on' to open up a panoramic viewer. We can make a link from an image already existing on your page, or we can create a still image for this purpose.
• On the date agreed we will attend the location, normally accompanied by a member of your staff, unless otherwise agreed.  It is the client's responsibility to ensure that arrangements for our visit have been made and that access to the property is available.
• If the premises are ready to be photographed we can normally take the panoramic photos fairly swiftly. We take several shots of each view so that we can select the best images.
• We process the images and enclose them in the appropriate viewer, personalizing the viewer with your supplied text and logos.
• The completed images are then loaded onto the website and approved by the client.
